Mid handled harvesting scoop
This mid handled potato harvesting scoop is a practical and effective reinterpretation of the traditional potato ‘grate’ – for harvesting potato crops without damage. The bar across the end of the tines prevents accidental stabbing of your potato crop, while the spacing and shape of the tines allows potatoes to be sifted from the soil.
How to harvest your Potatoes:
If using to harvest potatoes grown in the ground, loosen the soil around the base of the plants first. Scoop up the potato and soil around it, gently shaking the scoop from side to side till the soil has fallen through leaving only your delicious potato harvest!
