Waste Less Composting and Worm Farming | November 2024 |
This practical, informative workshop is designed to support residents' knowledge and confidence in recycling food scraps, garden waste and other organics to create a nutrient rich product for their garden. Worm farming, Bokashi, and traditional composting basics will be explained, to enable participants to decide which system best aligns to their lifestyle and individual circumstances. Participants will leave the workshop with an understanding of the features of each system, an ability to identify waste material inputs from their household, and the capacity to produce nutrient rich fertiliser and compost in their own home. |
