Hot Tea: Add 1 large teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water, allow to brew for 10-15 minutes.
Chilled Tea: Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.
