How to Use:
Use every morning. Holding the handle, gently scrape from the back of your tongue to the front as many times as needed to remove tongue coating. Avoid going too deep into your throat. Rinse the tongue cleaner after each stroke.
When finished, rinse your mouth with water. Rinse the copper tongue scraper with water and store in a dry area.
