Garden Tool Sharpening Steel
This sharpening stone is made by Ryset.
Made from fine-grit stone it is ideal for sharpening all of your gardening tools, including secateurs, knives, scissors, and shears.
Instructions For Use:
Hold your garden tool in one hand and your sharpener in the other. Place the sharpener onto the garden tool at an angle to the tool's blade. Tilt the cutting edge of garden tool blade at about 25-30deg to the sharpener.
With gentle pressure draw the sharpener two or three times across the blade edge in one direction only. The edge is easily retained with with one or two light strokes daily or upon use.
