IMPORTANT: If pregnant, only consume in the last four weeks of pregnancy as the tea does contain Raspberry Leaf.

    Lemon Myrtle
This amazing Australian bush plant is loaded with antioxidants and is high in citral, which has anti-inflammatory and immune boosting properties and the ability to combat bacteria, viruses and fungi.

    Raspberry Leaf
A natural astringent, Raspberry Leaf Tea can soothe the body, and ease cramps and nausea. High in magnesium, potassium, iron and B vitamins, to restore energy and keep the body functioning at its optimum level. (Sometimes the Raspberry Leaf ingredient sometimes does have a texture which can appear like a silky web as this is how the ingredient looks once it has been processed.)

    Aniseed Myrtle
Aniseed Myrtle contains a unique compound called anethole, which is known the help flush toxins from the body, strengthens capillaries and fights fatigue to boost energy naturally.

    Dandelion Leaf
Dandelion greens are high in fibre, which helps your body shed waste. These greens also contain vitamins C and B6, thiamine, riboflavin, calcium, iron (crucial for generating red blood cells), potassium (to help regulate heart rate and blood pressure), and manganese.

    Native Lemongrass
Traditionally used to treat muscle cramps, skin conditions, headaches, fever and respiratory tract infections. Recent scientific research is lauding its painkilling properties.

    Organic Goji Berries
Well known to boost the immune system thanks to its high concentration of vitamin C, vitamin A and zinc for skin and eye health, fibre for balancing blood sugar and high antioxidant content. Gojis contain all 8 essential amino acids, which make them a useful source of vegan protein.

    Nettle Leaf
Highly beneficial for post-pregnancy, nettle leaf has been shown to stimulate contractions in pregnant women, promote lactation and decrease menstrual flow. Nettle leaf can also help control blood sugar levels and activate hair growth.

    Yellow Dock Root
Traditionally, yellow dock root has been thought to be a blood purifier and general detoxifier, especially for the liver. It can also aid digestion by stimulating bile production.
