Kefir Culture, from Mad Millie

Kefir Culture:

Kefir is a popular and delicious fermented drink, yoghurt and soft cheese. Make your own kefir at home with Mad Millie's Kefir Culture,  containing 8 strains of beneficial bacteria and yeast. Each sachet can be used for culturing 1 L of milk, soy, juice or coconut water. Each sachet can be re-cultured (see kit instructions) up to 2 times.

The pack contains 2 sachets. Note: Culture contains dairy


Shelf life is 12 months when stored in freezer. This culture lasts out of the freezer (at room temperature) for 6 months so will be fine during postage. However, we suggest storing cultures in the freezer as soon as you get them in order to prolong their life.
