This Fermented Vegetable Culture is a freeze dried mixed strain culture containing: Lactoccus lactis subsp. cremoris Lactoccus lactis subsp.lactis Leuconostoc Lactoccus lactis subsp. diacetylactis
Used for making Sauerkraut, Kimchi or other fermented vegetables. It provides a faster more reliable fermentation. A pack has 5 sachets, each sachet treats approximately 2 kg of vegetables.
Note: culture contains small amounts of dairy.
Shelf life is 12 months when stored in the freezer. This culture lasts out of the freezer (at room temperature) for 6 months so will be fine during postage. However, we suggest storing them in the freezer as soon as you get them in order to prolong their life.
