Clothes Pegs - Bamboo - Factory Seconds
A pack of 20 clothes pegs made from bamboo, a green, sustainable and eco-friendly alternative to plastic. These bamboo pegs are long lasting, and unlike plastic do not photodegrade in sunlight.
These pegs are the first try by MiEco to make a larger peg due to customer request and the manufacturer cut the ends in the wrong direction and someĀ do not have totally smooth sides. Due to this they are sold as Factory Seconds at a reduced cost.

Click and Collect
Our physical store is currently closed and reopens on the 18 January 2021 due to our store refurbishment. Please place your order online as normal and we will send you an email with possible pickup times over the duration thatĀ we are closed. Ā Send us a note with your order forĀ anyĀ pickup needs.
Shipped Orders
Due to staff coming in on rostered days to pack online orders only during this time,Ā all orders are sent as promptly as possibleĀ every second day throughoutĀ the working week. Please send us a note with any special needs throughout this time.Ā
Turnaround
Click and Collect
Same day or next day pickup is available when ordered on a day the store is open. Ā A message will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup. Ā When ordered on a day the store is closed, your order will be ready for pickup on the first day the store is open.
Shipped Orders
Australia Post Express orders are shipped on Tuesday if ordered onĀ the weekend or same day whenĀ the store is open. Ā All Australia Post regular and courier orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday (except public holidays).
Direct Debit Orders
Orders paid by direct debit will be available for collection or shipping when payment is received in Urban Revolution's bank account.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

- PEP Transport
- Other carriers as agreed with customers to achieve the best shipping rates
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order and a message is sent to you with the tracking information. Please note that some shipping optionsĀ will not have tracking numbers.Ā
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight or cubic weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, before confirming your order.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for orders over $200. We want to absorbĀ the shipping costs as much as we can for our customers.Ā Though sometimes the cost of free shipping is way more than the products' margin. Ā To mitigate thisĀ business impact we, regretfully, have needed to excludeĀ certain large cubic weight items from free shipping.
EmailĀ us forĀ a quote if you want any of these items.
Note:Ā We can not deliver to a Post Office address for free shipping orders due to couriers not being able to deliver to them or the additional charges.
Bulky Items
For some items, either due to theirĀ size or surprisingly,Ā for brooms and some garden tools due to their long handle, Australia Post won't ship so unfortunately they are only only available for in store pickup. Ā If you really really want it shipped, sendĀ us an email and we can get a quote for a courier to deliver it to you. Ā If you do accidentally select this item, we will contactĀ you via email to amend or cancel your order as per yourĀ preference.Ā Ā
Click and Collect
Items can be picked up from our store at 284 Albany Hwy, Victoria Park, Western Australia during our normal business hours.Ā If you accidentally select this option and happen to live interstate then weĀ will contact you to arrange a quote for shipping or suggest some great places to visit while you are here to pick up your order. :0)
Back OrdersĀ
If an item goes on back order we will contact you to let you know and you can select to;Ā hold the orderĀ until the product isĀ back in stock, be refunded for the out of stock item or toĀ receive the order with missing items. If the latter when the item becomes available we will let you know and have it ready forĀ pickup or dispatch it. If a shipped order, you will not be charged any additional shipping for the second shipment.Ā
Shipping Cost Calculation Errors
As wondrous as the technology used toĀ estimate shipping costs is, there are sometimes errors resulting from weird product dimensions or just plain typos when entering all the data in the back end.Ā Everyone likes a freebieĀ however if on the very rare occasion that as a result of any variance, we consider the costĀ for us to ship your order is excessive we do reserve the right to cheerfully refund your order or agree on a shipping cost.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.Ā PleaseĀ return the itemĀ within 30 daysĀ of your purchase.Ā

4.Ā Once we haveĀ received and inspected your returned item, we will send youĀ an email to notify you that we have received your item and let you know ifĀ the return can be accepted.Ā
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned. These include gift cards and some health and personal care items.Ā Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.Ā Sale items can only be returnedĀ if they are defective or damaged.
Restocking Fee and Shipping Cost
We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for returns, this will be deducted from your refund. We can not refund the original shipping costs.Ā
Exchanges
You will not be subject to a restocking feeĀ though will need to pay for shipping costs.
